This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the Medonticals website and mobile application (“Platform”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Medonticals.

By placing an order with Medonticals. you (“Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Shipping Locations

1.1 Medonticals currently ships products across India.

1.2 Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be available. Serviceability is subject to courier partner coverage.


2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after successful payment confirmation, excluding:

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen operational delays

2.2 Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.

2.3 The product will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 working days


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

3.1 Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product availability

  • Courier partner operations

  • External factors beyond Medonticals’ control

3.2 Typical delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

3.3 Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4.2 Shipping fees may vary based on:

  • Order value

  • Product weight or size

  • Delivery location

  • Promotional offers

4.3 Medonticals reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time.


5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once an order is shipped, customers will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking ID and courier partner details

5.2 Customers can track their shipment via:

  • Medonticals Platform

  • Courier partner’s tracking portal


6. Delivery Attempts

6.1 Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

6.2 If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

6.3 Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.


7. Delays in Delivery

7.1 Medonticals shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Force majeure events

7.2 In case of significant delays, customers may contact customer support for assistance.


8. Delivery Confirmation & Acceptance

8.1 Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.

8.2 If the package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Immediately inform Medonticals support

8.3 Acceptance of the delivery shall be considered as confirmation that:

  • The package was received in good condition

  • No visible damage was present on the outer packaging


9. Partial Shipments

9.1 Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in multiple consignments.

9.2 Customers will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery

10.1 In case of:

  • Incorrect product delivery

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

customers must notify Medonticals within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic or video evidence.

10.2 Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


11. Risk & Title

11.1 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

11.2 Title to the products passes upon receipt of full payment.


12. International Shipping

12.1 Currently, Medonticals does not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated.


13. Policy Amendments

Medonticals reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective upon posting on the Platform.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
