CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed on the Medonticals website and mobile application (“Platform”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Medonticals.
By placing an order with Medonticals, Customer agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Cancellation requests must be made through the Platform or by contacting customer support.

Once approved, the order shall be cancelled and a refund shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
1.2 Post-Shipment Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. In such cases, customers may initiate a return in accordance with the Return & Replacement Policy, if applicable.
2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
2.1 COD orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
2.2 Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in:

Restriction of future COD orders

Temporary or permanent suspension of the customer account
3. Cancellation by Medonticals
Medonticals reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

Product unavailability or inventory discrepancies

Pricing or typographical errors
-
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Incomplete or incorrect customer information

Non-serviceable delivery location

Failure of payment authorization
In such cases, customers shall be notified and a full refund shall be processed, if applicable.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
4.1 Approved cancellations shall be refunded as per the Refund Policy.
4.2 Refunds shall be initiated within 24–48 business hours from cancellation confirmation.
4.3 Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions.
5. Non-Cancellable Products
Certain products may be marked as “Non-Cancellable”, including but not limited to:

Customized or made-to-order products

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
-
Clearance or final-sale items
Such exclusions shall be clearly mentioned on the product page.
6. Cancellation Window
6.1 Cancellation is allowed only within the specified time window and before shipment.
6.2 Once the order status changes to “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery”, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
7. Policy Abuse & Account Restrictions
Medonticals reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension, in cases of:

Repeated cancellations

COD order refusals
-
Abuse of cancellation privileges
8. Policy Amendments
Medonticals reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
