BULK ORDERS POLICY

This Bulk Orders Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions applicable to bulk purchase requests placed with Medonticals. By placing a bulk order or submitting a bulk inquiry, the buyer (“Customer”, “Buyer”) agrees to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Definition of Bulk Orders

For the purpose of this Policy, a Bulk Order refers to:

Orders involving large quantities of products, or
Orders exceeding a predefined order value, or
Institutional, corporate, hospital, clinic, distributor, or reseller purchases,
as determined solely by Medonticals.

2. Eligibility for Bulk Orders

Bulk orders may be placed by:

Hospitals and Clinics
Dental & Medical Institutions
Laboratories and Diagnostic Centers
Distributors, Resellers, and Retailers
Government or Private Organizations

Medonticals reserves the right to request supporting documents such as registration certificates, GST details, licenses, or authorization letters.

3. Bulk Order Inquiry Process

3.1 Bulk order requests must be submitted through:

Website bulk inquiry form
Official email communication
Authorized sales representative

3.2 The inquiry must include:

Product name(s) and specifications
Quantity required
Delivery location
Billing details
Expected delivery timeline

3.3 Submission of an inquiry does not constitute order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Discounts

4.1 Bulk order pricing and discounts are:

Offered on a case-by-case basis
Subject to availability and market conditions

4.2 Quoted prices:

Are valid only for the period specified in the quotation
May exclude taxes, shipping, insurance, or handling charges unless stated otherwise

4.3 Medonticals reserves the right to revise pricing prior to order confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

5.1 Bulk orders shall be confirmed only after:

Written approval from Medonticals
Receipt of advance payment (if applicable)

5.2 Payment terms may include:

Full advance payment
Partial advance with balance before dispatch
Credit terms (subject to approval)

5.3 Accepted payment modes shall be communicated during confirmation.

6. Manufacturing, Packaging & Dispatch

6.1 Bulk orders may require additional processing or manufacturing time.

6.2 Estimated dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

Supplier availability
Regulatory clearances
Logistics constraints

6.3 Medonticals shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Shipping charges for bulk orders may differ from standard orders.

7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 Bulk orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed, unless:

The product is damaged in transit
An incorrect product is delivered

8.2 Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8.3 Refunds or replacements, if approved, shall be processed as per Medonticals’ Refund Policy.

9. Quality Assurance & Inspection

9.1 Buyers are advised to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

9.2 Claims regarding defects, shortages, or damage must be supported with photographs or videos.

10. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibility

10.1 Buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are used in compliance with applicable medical and dental regulations.

10.2 Medonticals does not assume responsibility for misuse or unauthorized resale of products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medonticals shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business interruption

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the bulk order placed.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad-Telangana.

13. Amendments

Medonticals reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective upon posting on the website.
