This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for products purchased from Medonticals. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and Return & Replacement Policy of Medonticals.
By placing an order on the Medonticals website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1 Refunds shall be issued only in the following circumstances:

Order cancellation prior to shipment

Approved return of eligible products after quality inspection

Replacement unavailable due to the product being out of stock

Delivery of defective, damaged, or incorrect products (reported within the stipulated timeframe)
1.2 Refunds shall not be applicable for:

Non-returnable products (except in cases of manufacturing defects)

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized handling

Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation

Products returned beyond the permitted return window

Free or promotional products
2. Refund Process
2.1 Refunds shall be initiated only after:

Receipt of the returned product at the Medonticals warehouse, and

Successful inspection and approval by the Quality Check Team
2.2 In cases where cancellation is requested before shipment, refunds shall be initiated once the cancellation request is confirmed.
3. Refund Timelines
3.1 Pre-Shipment Cancellation
Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 business hours from confirmation of cancellation.
3.2 Post-Delivery Return or Cancellation
Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after the returned product is received and approved.
3.3 Credit Timeline After Approval (New Clause)
Once the refund is approved, the refunded amount shall be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
4. Mode of Refund
4.1 Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
Refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s provided bank account details.
4.3 Store Credit / Coupon Refund (Optional)
Medonticals may offer refunds in the form of store credit or coupons, which may be applied instantly, subject to customer acceptance.
5. Partial Refunds
5.1 Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

Only a portion of an order is returned

Return fees, shipping charges, or deductions are applicable as per policy
5.2 Any applicable deductions shall be communicated to the customer prior to processing the refund.
6. Shipping & Handling Charges
6.1 Original shipping, handling, or convenience charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

Incorrect product delivered

Damaged or defective product
7. Failed or Delayed Refunds
7.1 Medonticals shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

Banking institutions

Payment gateways

Incorrect bank details provided by the customer
7.2 If a refund is not received within the stipulated timeframe, customers are advised to contact their bank or reach out to Medonticals support.
8. Right to Reject Refund
Medonticals reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

The returned product fails quality inspection

Policy conditions are not met

Fraudulent or abusive return behavior is suspected
9. Policy Amendments
Medonticals reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
